Individual Therapy

Why it’s done?

One-to-one therapy provides an opportunity for individuals to work on a number of personal problems and/or goals. Individual therapy sessions can be beneficial for those struggling with personal challenges, or mental health concerns, who are in search of personal growth, or working towards higher levels of self-awareness, cognitive, emotional and behavioural development.

Sessions are tailored to the individual’s needs, pacing is determined by progress and will depend on, the nature, severity and duration of the issue, resiliency and coping strategy and overall support network.
