Natalia Gomez Carlier

Natalia is a Psychotherapist and Art Therapist with 25 years of experience. Natalia has a degree in psychology from Universidad de Los Andes, a master’s in art therapy from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and is a Ph.D. student of Transpersonal Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies. She is also a Registered Board-Certified Art Therapist with the American Art Therapy Association.
Natalia was trained in psychodynamics and is passionate about Jungian and depth-oriented work. She works from an integral perspective and incorporates CBT, neuroscience, Gestalt, Brief Therapy, Jungian Therapy, Transpersonal, Mindfulness, and Play Therapy, among others. The uniqueness of each person orients their treatment.
Natalia has a deep interest in culture and has practiced in Bogota, Chicago, New York, Muscat, and Dubai. Natalia is ATIC’s Clinical Director, frequently presents at International mental health conferences, and is a published author. She is also a 300HR Jivamukti Yoga Teacher. Natalia believes in the healing created by the therapeutic relationship, the power of transformation and is passionate about helping people find their highest potential and live a full and authentic life.
