Building resilient minds and fostering growth
ATIC provides child and adolescent therapy that focuses on bridging or maintaining the development and understanding of the inner world of the child and young person through art, play, and communication. We focus on building meaningful relationships. We teach life skills, and develop resilience, to prevent or minimize the impact of mental health disorders into adulthood. We normalize that we have challenges while helping children uncover their strengths.
Our goal is to enable each child or young person to understand themselves better, their relationships, and their behaviours, leading to positive growth.
At ATIC, we see children and young people for assessments, individually, with their families, or in groups as part of their individualized care plan and based on their developmental level and age.
