Anna Efremova

Child and Adolescent Psychologist

Anna has been in Dubai for the past 13 years with extensive experience in child and adolescent psychology. She is a licensed psychologist with the Community Development Authority (CDA) and holding an MSc in Psychology from Brunel University London. Fluent in both English and Russian, Anna has worked extensively with children from diverse nationalities and cultural backgrounds, providing a culturally sensitive and individualized approach to each case.

Anna specializes in mental health challenges faced by children today, including anxiety, behavioral issues, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), specific fears and phobias and cultural issues.

Anna’s approach to therapy is child-centered, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as the cornerstone of her practice. She believes in fostering a safe and supportive environment where children feel heard and understood.
